Our Story
We’re Tommy and Amber Jackson—community-driven coffee lovers who believe coffee is about more than just your morning routine. At our core, we love people, and we’re inspired by the way a great cup of coffee brings together a beautifully unique community.
Our journey began as high school sweethearts volunteering our time in the non-profit space. While navigating long distance, many of our “dates” looked like hopping between coffee shops in southern California and northern Virginia. After getting married in 2024, we began dreaming about how to blend our passion for mission work with our love for specialty coffee.
New Mornings Coffee exists to inspire new beginnings and joyful moments through every cup of coffee by making your partnership with us reach globally. We partner with Rhiza Coffee Co in Peru, “a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that uses specialty coffee to support and empower orphaned young adults in their transition to independence.” A portion of every private catering event is donated directly to support their mission.
New Mornings Coffee is a mobile specialty coffee catering company serving the DMV area, featuring a full espresso bar and custom carts. We proudly serve Lone Oak Coffee, a local roaster based in Winchester, VA.
